We would like to inform all members that due to changes within the board structure and the resignation of current SEFA chair, Chris Lawson it has been decided to put membership and activity on hold for the short term. This will allow SEFA time to rethink its aims and objectives and future position within the Scottish industry.
The board would like to extend a big thank you for your support of the organisation to date and please continue to keep in touch with current issues and the events debate through SEFAs LinkedIn site. In the meantime, work continues to develop a strong voice for the events industry. During the period in which SEFA is unavailable, NOEA Scotland (www.noea.org.uk) who are an event association and/or the Scottish Tourism Alliance (Caroline.Warburton@stalliance.co.uk) who coordinate the Tourism Scotland 2020 Events & Festivals Working Group are available for members to contact should they require assistance.
